4 pieces Flounder (3 to 4 ounces each)
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Sake
3 Tbsps Soy Sauce
3 Tbsps Mirin
1 Tbsp Sugar
3 slices Ginger
1 Tbsp Julienned Ginger
1, Place water, sake, soy sauce, mirin, sugar and ginger in a frying pan and bring to a boil over middle heat.
2. Add the flounder into the frying pan and cover them with a foil.
3, Simmer for about 10 min.
4, Serve the flounder in shallow dishes. Pour the sauce over the fish and garnish with julienned fresh ginger.
