Roasted Manganji Pepper


6-7 Manganji Pepper (You can get Manganji Pepper in Japanese grocery stores.)

1 Tbsp Katsuobushi (Bonito Flakes)

2-3 tsps Soy Sauce

1. Heat the broiler to high. Place the manganji peppers directly on the rack. Roast, turning occasionally, about 5-10 minutes.

2. Place the peppers on the dish, Top with katsuobushi and pour soy sauce.
