Salmon & Avocado Salad

Ingredients (Serve 4-5)

4oz Smoked Salmon

1 Avocado

2.5oz Arugula

8 Cherry Tomatoes

2 tsps Sesame Seed (toasted)

1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

2 Tbsps Sesame Oil

1/2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

1 tsp Sugar

1. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.

2, Cut avocado into bite size chunk.

3. Combine avocado, cherry tomatoes and salmon in a serving bowl.

4,In a small, separate bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar and sesame. Pour over salad and mix well.
