Sauteed Pork and Tokyo Negi
Ingredients (Serves 4):
150g Sliced Pork Belly
1stick Tojyo Negi (Japanese Long Onion)
1tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tsps Salt
1/2 tsp white Pepper
2 tsps Sesame
1. Cut the pork belly into bite-size pieces.
2. Slice the Tokyo Negi on the diagonal.
3. Heat sesame oil in a pan and saute the Pork and Tokyo Negi.
4. Add salt, white pepper and sesame. Saute for 4-5min.
