I'm not vegan but sometimes I try to cleanse my body with vegan food.

Organic vegan restaurant "Dharma's" opened in Santa Cruz over 30 years ago and has been loved by local vegan people.

On this day, I tried their Indian Curry Plate with vegetable, tofu and brown rice.

I got plenty of vitamins, proteins and fibers!

この日は、インディアンカレープレートをオーダーしました。

野菜と豆腐、玄米で、ビタミンにたんぱく質、食物繊維をたっぷり摂ることができました。

You can enjoy fresh and organic vegan foods.

We ordered tortilla tacos, soup of the day (pumpkin), polenta with tomato sauce, and healthy smoothie.

Next time, I want to try their pastries.

この日は、タコスと、かぼちゃのスープと、トマトソースのポレンタ、スムージーを頂きました。

次回はデザートも試してみたいです。
